About The Role
The House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care is responsible for the delivery of high quality services, care and support that promotes the emotional, social and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people within Intensive Therapeutic Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivery of high quality services, care and support to vulnerable young people.
* Leadership and supervision of Intensive Therapeutic Care staff.
* Collaboration with Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker and other Intensive Therapeutic Care staff to provide high quality therapeutic care.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in social work, community services, management or relevant field.
* Understanding of child protection and statutory child protection frameworks.
* Proven leadership skills and demonstrated experience in the supervision of staff.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in program management, service development and review.
