We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our accounts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
This is a flexible role that requires autonomy and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for servicing loyal clients across the Sutherland Shire, St George & Inner West areas.
The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, be able to build strong relationships and possess immaculate corporate presentation. They will also have a valid drivers licence and experience in real estate or property management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Servicing clients and building strong relationships
* Providing online and onsite training to clients to help them get the most out of our system
* Upselling products and services
* Attending sales meetings as required
* Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets
* Cold calling new real estate offices as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Real Estate experience is essential
* Experience in Property Management/New Business or Residential Sales
* A Valid Drivers Licence
* People skills and ability to build relationships
* Immaculate corporate presentation
