Long Point Brewing Co. is a bold new Gastro-Brewpub and function venue overlooking the Indian Ocean, located in the heart of the Kennedy Bay master planned community. We’re building something special — a venue with soul, great food and a view that’ll make your mates jealous. Set in an iconic Australian seaside location, our home will combine a state-of-the-art kitchen and brewhouse with a hospitality-first approach, catering for 500 guests.
As Sales and Events Manager, you’ll manage the full cycle of events across the business - from sourcing enquiries and quoting through to on-site delivery (when needed) and follow-up.
Our Function Package is already established and out to market, providing a strong operational foundation. You’ll play a key role in further developing the function process, with scope to refine and elevate the overall events experience as the precinct comes to life.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager, FOH and Kitchen teams to ensure every event reflects the warm client focused goal we have.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage all event enquiries, bookings and client communication
* Creating strategies to sell packages to the wider public and be able to build a database
* Prepare quotes, proposals and booking confirmations using established packages
* Oversee on-site event delivery across the precinct
* Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams for seamless execution
* Assist with precinct-wide events, inclusive of Beer focused events and festivals
* Manage event budgets, timelines and resources
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in functions or events management (hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Confidence using booking or event management systems (Function Tracker, Now Book It or similar)
* Strong organisational, communication and client service skills
* Brings a steady, professional presence to dynamic work settings
* Proactive and meticulous, with a clear focus on problem-solving

Employment:
· Employment days/times must be flexible as the demands of the role may change on a regular basis, however weekend and night work is required and essential.
· Proposed Start Date: May 2026, Venue Open - June 2026
