About the role
Join a Tier 2 builder on a 6-month contract starting in September. You will support end-to-end commercial management across active projects, ensuring cost, time, quality, and safety targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Let and manage subcontracts, scopes, and procurement
- Prepare and process variations, RFIs, EOTs, and progress claims
- Cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Review drawings, specs, and contract conditions
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients
- Maintain document control and QA using systems such as Procore, Aconex, or Jobpac
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a CA with a Tier 2 builder
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of head contracts and subcontract law
- Confident communicator who can drive outcomes with stakeholders
- Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, or similar platforms
