 
        
        We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to support the lead Portfolio Manager through the full investment lifecycle of consumer purchased debt ledgers and non performing loan portfolios. The successful candidate will play a key role in deal sourcing, underwriting, portfolio and performance management. This is an opportunity to gain deep exposure to an evolving alternative credit asset class alongside a agile and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities in consumer NPLs
- Support the execution of transactions, including coordinating Commercial, Finance and Data
- Prepare investment memoranda and support internal and external presentations.
- Alongside the portfolio manager help liaise with external advisors, servicers, and originators pre and post the acquisition process.
- Track and assist analyse ongoing portfolio performance
- Assist the portfolio manager with insights and analytics that will be used in performance reviews with external stakeholders driving impactful and timely portfolio decisioning
- Prepare regular reporting for stakeholders
- Conduct industry and macroeconomic research with a focus on consumer credit and recovery trends and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, restructuring, special situations, or a similar analytical role.
- Exposure to NPLs, consumer finance, structured credit, or debt recovery will be highly regarded.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of credit fundamentals and valuation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
