Start date: 25th June 2025 Newcastle / Hybrid 6 Month contract (potential for extension) Our NSW Government client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team in Newcastle. This department within NSW Government provides workers compensation insurance to employers and employees in NSW. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for their customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We're seeking individuals with 2-3 years of customer service experience, whether in a contact centre or face to face or similar setting. You'll need excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster is also key. Key Details: Location: Newcastle, NSW Contract Duration: Start date is 25th June – Mid December 2025 (possibility for extension) Hours: Up to 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week Roster: Rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts rotate every four weeks. Pay: $36.11 per hour Superannuation. Training: Full-time (35 hours per week) on-site training for 2 weeks and nesting period for approximately 12 weeks.
