DevOps Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps professional to design and deliver Customer Experience solutions that provide our clients with an exceptional customer journey.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a team to manage the operations of a global IVR system
* Deploy applications to AWS and on-premises architectures across different environments
* Monitor performance and stability of the IVR environment in multiple regions
* Cultivate strong relationships with other team members and external partners
Some evening and weekend work may be required, depending on business needs. Key skills include experience with AWS, Unix, MySQL, network basics, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC). Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, Cisco Splunk querying, Genesys configuration manager, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and Call Center Systems Operations is desired.
