You will be working in an acute hospital-based service where you will have the opportunity to develop and utilise your clinical skills and expertise. The role requires you to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess client needs and develop individualised plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
* Implement a range of assessment and intervention services to support clients with complex rehabilitation and occupational therapy needs.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* Current registration as an occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated experience working in an acute hospital-based service.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with consumers, colleagues, and external agencies.
