About The RoleWe have a great opportunity for you to join ELGAS as a Customer Centre Manager.
To lead a successful team in marketing LPG to a satisfied and growing customer base in the most profitable, efficient and safe manner.
Covers 2 depot locations, Batemans Bay and Bega.
Large territory with high numbers of agents and distributors.
What You Will Enjoy Doing You shall be responsible to achieve budgeted sales, service charges, customer growth targets.Preparation and achievement of annual budget.
Effective margin management and management of costs within Customer Centre budget.Ensure all depots are maintained within DG limits, in conjunction with Operations staff, safe working practices are conducted at all times.Assist in development and implementation of annual training plan for staff.
Improve efficiency and capability through existing and new processes.Recruit, lead, retain & develop a motivated team consistent with Elgas philosophies and Elgas goals.
You will manage and supervise the team, including performance management and annual appraisals.Assist Regional Transport Manager in maximizing transport efficiencies and work with Operational staff and regional schedulers to assist with management of transport fleet.What Makes You Great You come with strong customer service focus and sound business acumen.Experience with the transport & Operations industry will be highly regarded.You hold minimum 2 years of solid experience managing direct reports.Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Current valid drivers license with clean driving history.Why you will love working with usAre you looking for challenges?
