Head Chef required for HarbourVue Tavern in Coomera Waters.
The Tavern is situated on the water and is a family business under new owners. The tavern comprises a bar& bistro with inside and outside dining, and a function space upstairs, all overlooking the water.
We require a Head Chef who is wanting to grow the business, especially the function space, is a team player as we area small team, currently 3 full time chefs.
Menu planning and costing, GPS, stocktakes, creative specials, must have a Food Safety Supervisors certificate( or willing to obtain one) and WPHS knowledge.
Minimum 2-3 years as a head Chef or Sou Chef looking to take the next step, we are committed to growing this business and all ideas will be discussed.
