They are now looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team, working in their display home to help guide potential buyers through the journey of finding their perfect new home.
About the Role :
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers visiting the display home. You will play a key role in promoting the company's range of residential designs, managing enquiries, and converting prospects into customers. Duties :
1. Greet and engage with customers in the display home, providing knowledgeable and tailored guidance.
2. Present and sell the company's range of new homes to prospective buyers.
3. Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable home designs and options.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all home designs, inclusions, and pricing.
5. Manage customer enquiries and provide detailed information on the buying process.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Assist in coordinating sales documentation and contract preparations.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills + Experience :
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the new homes or real estate industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Strong understanding of the new homes market and project home building processes.
4. Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional sales experience.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
6. Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
8. A background in residential sales or experience working in a display home environment is an advantage.
