IT Support Technician
This is a part-time position that will involve providing technical assistance to clients. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and supporting PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing remote and onsite user support and assistance
* Performing daily systems maintenance and performance checks
* Backing up data and performing remediation
* Installing, configuring and supporting desktop devices
* Liaising with 3rd party vendors
* Traveling to client sites to provide technical assistance
Requirements:
* Experience in a Level 2 IT Support role
* Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A strong customer-focused approach
* A strong work ethic
* A great team player
* A positive 'can do' attitude
Additional Requirements:
* Holding a valid Australian driver's license
* Having unrestricted access to your own vehicle
* Some weekend and after-hours work may be required
