What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation and loneliness
Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and other community activities
Reporting on client progress and any changes in their condition
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a related field
A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
A compassionate, adaptable, and reliable approach to your work
