Job Overview
This part-time role plays a key part in coordinating and delivering operational requirements of a Surgical Education program.
* Entering and maintaining Trainee, Supervisors, hospital and assessment data in relevant databases and systems.
* Assisting with tasks including responding to emails, coordinating hospital inspections, organising travel, catering and reimbursement forms, and assisting with other projects and tasks as needed.
* Liaising with stakeholders, including committees/boards, Trainees, Supervisors and Hospital representatives.
* Drafting and sending professional communications, including emails and formal correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in an administrative role within education, healthcare or a professional training environment.

2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Ability to use initiative and identify solutions when issues arise.
4. Adaptable to new tasks and processes, and able to learn systems quickly.
5. High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM systems.
8. Keen interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
