Stroud Homes Wollongong is a home building company that prides itself on customer service and building quality homes. We service the Illawarra and Southern Highlands with an office based in Albion Park Rail.

As a family owned and run business, we have a small, dedicated team of professionals with the clear goal of building family homes.

We are looking for an ambitious, confident and customer focused individual to join our team and growing business. The successful candidate will possess a professional, positive and friendly personality.

As our New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Managing new leads from initial inquiry through to signing preliminary agreement and plan preparation.
* Updating and creating house and land packages.
* Present quotations and ensure customers are clear on all its inclusions.
* Lead generation via social media and marketing campaigns.
* Completing site inspections on potential customers' land and potential land purchases.
* Keeping up to date with land releases in the area.
* Maintaining professional relationships with real estate agents and developers and building new alliances
* Reporting to the Company management, you will liaise with our entire team to ensure the best outcomes.

Preferred Skills, Attitude And Experience
* You have experience managing leads through the full sales process
* Your Customers rave about the experience and service you provide
* Experiencing growth and being a high achiever matters to you
* You enjoy working as part of a team and with a variety of customers
* You have an Australian Drivers' licence and a suitable vehicle
* You are willing and able to work on weekends
