About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at Gallery Group, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and supervising the construction of multiple homes across South Brisbane, including single and double-storey homes and townhouses.
Key Responsibilities
Uphold and implement strong OH&S principles to maintain a safe working environment.
Plan, execute, and oversee construction activities with a focus on quality, safety, and budget compliance.
Ensure all projects meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Enforce rigorous quality control standards across all sites.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with project teams to address technical and design-related challenges.
Maintain real-time project updates through workflow and construction management systems.
About You
Trade-qualified, with hands-on experience in Carpentry or Building.
Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and tradespeople.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
Proficient in using construction/project management software (Onsite Companion preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
Previous experience with a recognised residential builder.
