Exciting newly created role in a rapidly growing restoration business who work in the construction industry, reporting to the Financial Controller. $75,000 - $85,000 superannuation Inner Suburbs | 1 day WFH Direct access to great leadership Position Description Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will commence in your role as the key contact for the AP & AR function for one particular business unit for this rapidly growing construction group, as well assisting across the broader financial responsibilities of the business. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Generate & manage the customer invoicing process End to end AP & AR Generate monthly statements Management of relationships with customer Reconciliations of accounts Handle customer queries Reporting duties Financial reporting and record keeping Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have the following attributes: Prior experience in a similar role Xero accounting experience advantageous but not essential Excellent attitude with a keen desire to grow in your role Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work A positive up beat attitude and excellent time management skills The Organisation Our client is a leading provider of commercial construction projects with a strong presence in the Australian market.
