About the Role

* Experience in financial functions and managing administration functions
* Ability to supervise staff
* Experience in managing and coordinating a wide range of account management functions
* Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management and staff at all levels, to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources and other relevant issues
* Experience with the use of financial management systems (SAP would be an advantage)
* Demonstrated ability to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the position
* Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a range of competing interests
