Web3 Career Accelerator
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Web3 Career Accelerator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting with content creation and management, supporting internal communication initiatives, optimizing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
* Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
* Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);
* Assist with community growth;
* Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;
* Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Requirements:
* Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms;
* Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
* Bilingual English/Russian and Armenianis required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
* Based in Armenia;
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
