About the role:
Retail Team Leader
demonstrates their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Always display & enforce a
safety culture
to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
Multitasking & prioritisation skills
Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
Availability to work
Sunday to Thursday,
or as discussed with Manager
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Lead the crew to take our showroom and product displays to the next level. Own the planograms, unleash your creativity, and make sure our showroom looks sharp, fresh, and totally on point every day
