Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Wagga Wagga and support the delivery of major regional infrastructure projects.

About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of civil works while working closely with senior project leadership. You will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day project delivery and engineering functions
* Prepare work packs, technical documentation, and quality records
* Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling
* Monitor progress, cost tracking, reporting, and project performance
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
* Work closely with supervisors and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes
About You
* 2–5+ years' experience in civil construction (contractor-side preferred)
* Good understanding of earthworks, utilities, roads, drainage, or general civil
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively
* Relevant engineering qualification (Civil Engineering or similar)
