Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events.
* Work closely with the Director of Sales & Distribution to build and execute an annual account management plan that meets revenue objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and make recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
