About the Position
Due to exciting organic growth within our People & Talent team, we're premier to open a new role for a passionate and forward‑thinking People Business Partner. You will partner closely with senior leaders across designated Faculties and Administrative Units to ensure our people strategies align with University ambitions.
In This Pivotal And Relationship‑Centred Role, You Will
* Provide expert guidance on HR, employee relations and industrial relations matters.
* Support initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
* Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and practices.
* Champion and support organisational change and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* At least four years' experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in leading or mentoring a small team.
* Experience within the higher education sector is advantageous.

Salary
Range: $96,222.23 – $110,164.68 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
