The Position
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
Oversee compliance, due diligence, and data protection throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with Compass Group’s brand values and employer branding in all recruitment activities
The Person
Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment within a complex business environment.
Proven track record in developing recruitment strategies and managing effective campaigns.
Robust leadership skills and experience managing a recruitment team.
Skilled in building talent pipelines and utilising diverse sourcing techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in behavioral interviewing, skills-based hiring, and assessment methodologies.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and analytic
