In order to support the Member Service Manager in customer satisfaction, you will play a front-line role in welcoming members and customers and assisting them with their transactions when they come in person to the business premises. To ensure that the needs of our members and customers are fully taken care of, the Member Service Agent will also handle calls from our customer contact center (telephony).
You'll listen to customers, suggest the best transactional solutions and refer them to the right people to meet their savings, financing and insurance needs. During transactions, you will have to be rigorous and vigilant in processing, preparing, checking and recording the corresponding documents and cash.
REQUIREMENTS
The person we're looking for is enrolled in a post-secondary program. Experience in customer service is an asset. Equivalent training and experience will be considered. Proficiency in both official languages.
