Strategic Leadership Role
The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient flow and care coordination across the hospital.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, with experience in healthcare leadership
* Current AHPRA registration and practising certificate, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development
* Evidence of vaccination against VPDs as per Queensland Health policy, ensuring a safe working environment
* Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operational priorities, fostering collaboration and innovation
This role is critical to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and promoting evidence-based practice throughout the organisation.
About Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with clinical directors to drive strategy and improve patient outcomes.
A competitive remuneration package includes salary between $130,000 - $200,000 per annum and generous employer contribution to superannuation, providing financial security and opportunities for growth.
