Residential Sales Specialist

This is a role that requires passion for property and drive to succeed. The Residential Sales Specialist will be at the forefront of shaping thriving estates, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

* Manage sales enquiries from initiation through to conversion in collaboration with senior team members.
* Maintain exceptional knowledge of the Estate, local competition, and surrounding amenities.
* Negotiate and document terms between vendors and purchasers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Keep CRM systems updated with detailed and accurate information.
* Provide regular project updates, reports, and attend key meetings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and promote referrals to generate new business.
* Ensure the Sales Office is professional, well-presented, and stocked with marketing materials.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Real Estate Licence (Victoria) or Agent Representative qualification.
* A strong understanding of land marketing principles and selling off-the-plan.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Performance-driven with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
