Regional Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central Queensland. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and growing product distribution across your territory.
About the Role
* Achieve sales targets and grow product distribution across your territory.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
* Execute promotional activity and ensure compliance across all accounts.
* Manage Suntory assets to ROI guidelines.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
* Implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.
Your Background
* Prior experience within licensed sales, FMCG or equivalent hospitality trade.
* Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
* Multitasker with ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence and negotiate.
* Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools and systems.
* Passionate team player with enthusiasm for working with great brands and even better people.
* Valid driver's license is essential.
