Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. About the Team Navigate Your Health is a diverse team of Nurse Navigators that delivers person-centred, trauma informed care to children and young people who are in contact with child safety and or youth justice systems. Navigate Your Health works in partnerships with families, and their care teams to improve health outcomes, create positive, culturally safe experiences that build trust and empower children, young people, families, and their care teams. About the Role In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 7 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice. Your contribution will include: Direct comprehensive care or provision of direct care Support of Systems EducationResearch Professional Leadership Please refer to the Role Description for more information.
