Enterprise Architect Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to shape modern, scalable platforms that deliver impact in complex public sector environments.
This role will involve collaborating with our delivery teams and clients to design and implement innovative solutions across transformation programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our platforms are well-integrated, secure, and aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect scalable solutions using ServiceNow, including CSM, PSDS, HRSD, and custom applications.
* Lead the migration of legacy systems to ServiceNow, utilizing out-of-the-box forms and case management.
* Define integration strategies with enterprise platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
* Drive and enforce design principles across the delivery team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with business units, delivery teams, and security architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cyber standards.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
Implementation & Governance:
* Guide configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile and DevOps practices.
* Maintain architectural documentation, including current and future state diagrams.
* Support platform upgrades, release planning, and roadmap development.
* Develop re-usable artefacts and best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
Innovation & Enablement:
* Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.
* Oversee technical qualification and provide solution designs in presales activities.
* Guide the development of technical proposals and presentations.
* Represent the company as a ServiceNow expert in industry and partner meetings.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with 4+ years in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
* Expertise in PSDS, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API design, and data migration strategies.
* Strong understanding of security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
* Familiarity with public sector digital transformation and case management workflows.
