We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager role will be working with our insurance broking business within Marsh. To be successful in this role you will be able to use the skills you have in leading organic and paid campaigns to drive growth outcomes.
We will count on you to:
* Create, execute, and manage integrated (organic and paid) nurture and acquisition campaigns.
* Work collaboratively with specialists in different marketing disciplines to bring campaigns to life including digital marketing, creative and brand.
* Regularly analyse data to pull insights and inform decisions across all engagement and acquisition channels.
* Engage senior business stakeholders to understand commercial objectives and challenges, develop and communicate the marketing response that appropriately builds our brand over the longer-term and helps to generate demand for our products and services in the short-mid term.
* Develop annual marketing strategy focused on retaining and growing the mid-sized business segment, and iterate as required
What you need to have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the marketing field in a corporate or agency environment.
* A strong track record of delivery and success, proven ability to engage stakeholders and being outcome oriented.
* A willingness to take on increased responsibilities and to act both independently and as part of a team, with minimal yet appropriate reference back to manager.
* Exceptional time management, organisation and attentional to detail skills. An ability to work under pressure when necessary and knowing how to prioritise, organise and project manage to manage competing timelines.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a track record writing for different channels and audiences.
