Crookwell Wind Farm | Permanent Full-Time | NSW Qualified Supervisor Required
Join one of Australia's leading renewable energy service teams and work on world-class wind turbine technology at Crookwell Wind Farm, approximately 90 minutes north of Canberra.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a qualified Electrician with strong fault-finding capability, HV operations experience, and a passion for leading teams in a high-performing field environment. As the Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in site operations, leading daily maintenance activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring safe and reliable turbine performance across the wind farm.
You'll also act as the State Nominated Electrical Supervisor and Delegate to the High Voltage Operating Authority (HVOA).
What We're Looking For?
* NSW Qualified Supervisor Electrical Licence or Contractor Licence
* Previous experience in a Lead Technician, Supervisor, or Senior Electrical role
* Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, hydraulic or mechanical systems
* High Voltage switching experience or ability to obtain HV Operating certification
* Experience in wind, utilities, mining, manufacturing, heavy industry, or similar
* Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
* Strong leadership skills with a safety-first mindset
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
