At Green Leaves Early Learning, our National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program supports team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including:
- Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. Using a robust focus on the image of a child and collaboration, you will help ignite creativity and curiosity among children in a well-resourced and planned environment.

Ideal qualifications and experience
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs with understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months of commencement)
- A current and State-relevant Working with Children Check
- Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
