Role
We have an immediate opportunity for a casual Grader Operator at one of our site services projects for a Client near Port Hedland. You\'ll join a close-knit, culturally diverse team on a labour-hire arrangement with the Client. Whilst casual on commencement, you may be considered for any permanent opportunities that arise.
This role is FIFO from Perth working a 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off roster (alternatively this may suit a Port Hedland local to DIDO).
About You / Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grader machine operation in a mining environment with a safety first mindset and be capable in effectively managing Client relationships. You will have:
* Experience with maintenance grading of haul roads in high traffic areas
* Ensuring design camber and drainage are maintained
* Cutting in new drainage
* Forming new intersections within a team environment
* Working knowledge and strong adherence to mine and Client safety procedures and regulations essential
* Current valid HR Driver\'s License
* Ability to listen and follow instructions from Client leadership.
* MRL Inducted (preferred, but not essential)
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
