About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled Validation Professional to join our dynamic field-based team as part of our Intelligent Solutions Group.
* The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agricultural technology by contributing to product testing and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with dealers and growers to validate cutting-edge solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Execute and refine test plans for product validation, including software and hardware bundles.
* Analyse engineering specifications and compile validation outcomes and design analysis reports.
* Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and suppliers to support design adoption.
* Load and test engineering builds of software and firmware.
* Support installation and validation of prototype hardware.
* Engage with farmer cooperators and international engineering teams to understand customer needs and field conditions.
This is a field-based position based in Queensland, with a vehicle provided as per company policy. The role involves domestic travel of up to 50% across Australia and New Zealand.
