About the Role:
* This dynamic position involves working in all areas of the kitchen, including restaurants, banquets, breakfast services and room service.
* The Demi Chef will be responsible for preparing food, beverages, materials and equipment needed for service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of dishes and presentation of food to the highest standard
* Maintenance of high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
* Assisting in menu planning and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
* Actively contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
* Working rights in Australia
* Commercial Cookery Certificate III or related field
* Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in a hotel, banquet or restaurant setting
