Implementation Consultant – Client Implementation Team

At Cotality, we enable a faster, smarter, and more people‐centric property industry through advanced analytics and risk management services across Australia and NewZealand. This role is part of the Client Implementation Team, responsible for onboarding corporate clients onto our Banking and Finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination / Management: Work directly with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to drive implementations to a successful conclusion. Compile and execute implementation plans, ensuring delivery of all in‐scope products and services. Arrange and lead engagements with corporate clients, serving as the central point of contact throughout the project.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject‐matter expert for service offerings, consulting with clients to maximize business benefit from our platforms. Maintain detailed knowledge of Cotality products and services and perform reviews of system environments and artefacts created by other team members.
* Technical Support & Configuration: Configure platforms to meet client requirements, conduct verification testing of client implementation environments, and investigate and resolve issues directly with the client.
Qualifications
* Essential: At least 3years' experience leading software implementations; proven track record of successfully deploying enterprise platforms; strong project‐management skills with tools such as Jira; excellent verbal and written communication with corporate clients; technical aptitude and problem‐solving ability; diligent, process‐driven with strong attention to detail; IT or related tertiary education.
* Preferred: Experience in the Banking, Finance or Valuation sector; familiarity with web services; relevant Project or Change Management qualifications.
