We are seeking a highly motivated real estate professional to join our Business Support and Operations division. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with the Director across sales, property management and general business operations.

Responsibilities
* Manage general trust accounting processes, including daily and monthly reconciliations.
* Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and work-in-progress documentation.
* Oversee property listing management, including administration, preparation of contracts, marketing materials, and online advertising.
* Coordinate and implement agency and agent marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
* Provide operational support by overseeing office systems, equipment, and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
* Handle confidential information with discretion while delivering a high standard of professional support.
* Work with the Directors, Group Operations Manager, and Group Investment Manager to successfully roll out initiatives across sales, property management, and investment divisions.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate operations/administration.
* Advanced-level trust accounting experience required.
* Agent’s Representative Certificate (mandatory) and the ability to provide a Police Check.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Tech-savvy and experience with Canva, social media platforms, and CRM software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A positive team player who enjoys contributing to culture and team success.
* Australian citizenship required for this position.
