What we're looking for
* You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
* Certificate III Individual Support is desirable
* Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
* Show initiative & think outside the box
* Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
* Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver's licence.
* Limited Part-time & Casual opportunities available
* Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
