Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a Full-time basis for a 12 month fixed term position. A casual role is also available. This role involves a combination of front desk reception duties and contact centre responsibilities at our clinics at Darwin Private Hospital and Palmerston Health Precinct working rotating shifts Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks
* Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries and appointments
* Coordinate referrals and liaise with medical practitioners
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in using computer systems and medical software
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Availability to work occasional weekends
