Quality Manager - Construction This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for candidates with large-scale residential backgrounds who understand design integration and thrive in fast-paced delivery environments. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across residential and mixed-use projects. This involves developing and leading ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management systems across live construction sites, providing hands-on quality oversight, working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project quality with regulatory and client expectations, conducting internal and external audits, managing compliance actions, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have strong quality leadership experience within multi-residential or larger residential construction companies, a practical, hands-on approach to quality systems, sound understanding of construction methodologies and design principles relevant to residential and mixed-use builds, in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes, effective communication skills, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders at all levels.
