Individualised Development: Following your initial transition into practice, you’ll work with your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader to tailor the remainder of your Graduate Program to your strengths, interests and professional goals, whether that’s developing expertise in a clinical area or exposure to as many areas of practice as possible. WHAT YOU’LL DO In this rewarding role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve: Completing observational sessions and joint appointments with your Clinical Supervisor. Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth. Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision. Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes. Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader. Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS). Connecting with your Graduate Buddy over coffee to hear about their journey, ask questions and share your own experiences as you transition into practice. Attending mentoring sessions with Subject Matter Experts in areas you’re interested in. Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.
