About The Role

* Coordinate the day to day operations of the Occupier Accounts team and support the Business Planning & Development strategy. 12 months fixed term contract.
* Day to day administrative support to national team
* Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
* Diary and email management
* Complete expense reimbursements for the team, managing fee forecasting in Salesforce & invoicing
* Database management of incoming enquiries
* Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
* Co‑ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
* Travel bookings as required
* Organise client events and client engagement initiatives


About You

* Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented.
* Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindset
