As an Administration Assistant, your primary objective will be to deliver excellence in service within our showroom, promoting sales and assisting clients in finding the right solutions to empower people to improve their everyday lives by increasing mobility and independence.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer telephone queries and provide assistance to customers
* Respond to a large volume of emails
* Operate Point of Sale systems effectively
* Liaise with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals, clients, and family members to provide tailored solutions
* Generate quotes, invoices and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate delivery schedules and follow-ups
