We are recruiting on behalf of a wonderful family based in Currumbin Valley, looking for a kind, practical, and proactive family assistant to help with their morning routine, light household duties, and occasional childcare. 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a home run smoothly, loves children, and can take initiative without needing a task list.Start Date: Ideally within the next 2 - 4 weeks – earlier is welcomed for the right fitLocation: Currumbin Valley (rural property)Days & Hours:Monday: 7:30am – 10:30amOccasional ad hoc hours offered during busy periods – always planned well in advanceFlexibility to increase hours in the futureDuties Include:Morning school drop off (Fridays)Meal prep and lunchbox supportTidy kitchen and run dishwasherVacuum/mop as neededRefresh towels, toilet paper, and soapsKeep kids' playroom tidy and invitingLaundry – washing, drying, folding, and putting awayLight organising and day to day tidyingSmall household tasks like spot cleaning or dusting when neededAbout the ChildrenThe family has two sweet and energetic boys who thrive in a calm, supportive environment:6.5 year old – A gentle, creative soul who loves drawing, building, and spending time in nature. 
He's naturally curious and enjoys understanding how things work. 
He benefits from self directed downtime and appreciates validation when he's upset. 
He's a highly sensitive child who connects best with low key, grounded personalities. 
The family keeps an EpiPen on hand as a precaution following a past ant bite reaction (no recurrences). 
They also avoid carbs after 3pm due to sleep sensitivities.Almost 4 year old – An active, joyful little brother who adores blocks, dancing, drawing, and everything his big brother is doing.
