The Role:
We're very excited to be looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing agency We're after a long-term team member who has a sharp eye. Your duties would include:
* Social Media Management & Strategy across Word of Mouth clients
* Account Manager and main point of contact for Client Communication
* Create exciting and innovative Social Content
* Creative Copy & Captions (spelling and grammar is essential)
* Content Planning & Creation
* Instagram Reels & TikTok Execution (Shoot, Editing)
* Manage Digital Content Library
* Social Posts & Instagram Story Scheduling across multiple platforms
* Social Media Reporting
* Supporting the agency to assist business growth and maintain existing clientele
* Working collaboratively with the Word Of Mouth team
* Analysing and reporting social media results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
