As a sales professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our business. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our ANZ Sales team as an Account Executive. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite. Your primary focus will be on delivering tailored, value-based solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across our commerce and retail products (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)
* Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
* Develop account plans and lead tailored value-based sales conversations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS to ensure long-term customer success
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
* Represent us at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements (as needed)

Requirements
We are looking for a sales professional with:
* 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
* Proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
* Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-level
* Understanding of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus)
* Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer success
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
