Technical Support Specialist
This role provides technical support to clients via telephone and email, supporting site installations and coordinating logistics. A key focus is on providing solutions to complex technical issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to clients over the phone and via email.
* Support the installation of sites and coordinate logistics as required.
* Record call activities in a database system.
* Develop and implement strategies for troubleshooting technical issues until they are resolved.

Work Arrangements
This role requires on-site presence at our headquarters. Our operational hours run from 6 am to 10 pm every day, including public holidays. The role operates on a rotating schedule, planned three months in advance.
