Holding a convincing market share in the Industrial space, our client is a dominant leader with a history spanning more than 20 years in the Western Suburbs.
**Duties**
Supporting four Commercial / Industrial Sales & Leasing Executives, including the Director, this role will see you assisting with a diverse array of duties:
- Diary and inbox management, prioritising tasks/meetings
- Assist with compiling documents (Leases, Sales Advices etc)
- Get new properties live to property portals and advertised
- Arranging marketing materials including signboards and brochures
- Database/CRM account management
- Support with accounts (training can be provided)
- Liaising with all stakeholders including clients, solicitors, agents and other departments
**Specific requirements**
Essentially, we're looking for an eager professional with strong administrative experience keen to progress their career, you will also have:
- Real Estate experience (must have)
- Excellent communications skills verbal and written
- Common sense, highly organised with attention to detail
