Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services.
- Act as the go‑to tech expert, staying up‑to‑date with latest gadgets and services.
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment and attain store goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $30.33 per hour (junior rates for under 20).
- Penalty rates: 25% weekday after 6 PM, 25% Saturday, 100% Sunday, 150% public holiday.
